1) Discovery call — 15 minutes (free)
Purpose: confirm fit, define the stuck point, agree on next steps.
Outcome: a quick read on whether a Working Session or Two-Week Starter makes sense. -
2) Working Session — 60 minutes (paid)
Purpose: a focused, working conversation to solve one problem or map one path.
Includes: a short pre-read, the live session, and a concise follow-up note with actions and dates.
Fee: $450 flat (credited to a Two-Week Starter if started within 30 days).
Reschedule/cancel: no fee ≥24h; 50% inside 24h; no-show is billable. -
3) Two-Week Starter — fixed scope, fixed fee
Purpose: produce the plan, materials, and the first irreversible step.
Typical outputs (choose one focus):Suppliers: shortlist + sampling plan + 90-day path to first PO
Markets: buyer/distributor target list + one-pager/line sheet + outreach cadence
Delivery: 90-day production/reorder plan + KPIs + “how we ship” playbook
Fee: fixed; quoted after the Working Session.
Timeline: 10 business days from kickoff. -
4) Build & Drive — project or retainer
Purpose: run the plan and keep score weekly.
Cadence: weekly standup, one-page status (done/next/risks), decision log.
Term: 4–12 weeks typical; no lock-in beyond 30 days.
What’s included vs. not
Included: commercial/operational planning and execution (suppliers, markets, product, delivery, partnerships), vendor coordination, meeting prep, basic materials (one-pagers, line sheets, simple models).
Not included: legal/regulatory advice; we coordinate with your counsel and specialists.
Payment & scheduling
Working Session: prepaid on booking
Starter: 50% to start, balance on delivery
Projects/Retainers: monthly in advance
