Outcome: a quick read on whether a two-week starter or a working session makes sense.

Tier 2 — Working Session (60 minutes, paid)
Purpose: a focused, working conversation to solve one problem or plan one path.
Includes: a short pre-read, the live session, and a concise follow-up note with actions and dates.
Fee: $450 (creditable to a two-week starter within 30 days).
Reschedule/cancel: no fee ≥24 hours; 50% inside 24 hours; no-show is billable.
